Ad Meliora is an alternative rock/metal band formed in Stockholm with musicians from Spain, Italy and Canary Islands.The Stockholm-based hardcore rockers are one of the hardest working acts in the alternative scene today. Blending the intense style of The Bronx and Every Time I Die with the melodic landscape of legends such as Deftones and Coheed & Cambria, after an EP and a couple of singles, the band got the deserved attention when they released in january 2023 the single ”Death On The Shore”, which brought down houses everywhere with its feeling for melodies and chugging riffs and got included in the Loudwire’s weekly list of “Best new Rock+Metal song”.
In september 2023 Ad Meliora self-released the debut album “A Story Untold”, mastered in Austin (TX) by Gene “Machine” Freeman (Every Time I Die, Fall Out Boy, Lamb of God) and embarked for a European tour through Sweden, Denmark, Germany and Belgium.
